This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-volume seasons (festivals, sales, etc.), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

We ensure all products are packed safely and hygienically.


2. Shipping Timeline

Shipping times depend on your location:

Within West Bengal:

3–5 business days

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune):

5–7 business days

Other Cities / Town Areas:

6–9 business days

Remote or Rural Areas:

7–12 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods.

  • Otherwise, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight & location.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
✔ A tracking number
✔ Courier partner details
✔ Live tracking link

It may take 12–24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


5. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will make 2–3 attempts to deliver your order.

  • If the package is returned due to the customer being unavailable or providing incorrect address details, re-shipping charges may apply.


6. Packaging

We use:

  • High-quality, food-grade packaging

  • Proper sealing to maintain freshness

  • Sturdy boxes/padding to prevent breakage


7. Wrong Address / Incorrect Details

NutriMingle is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:

  • Wrong address

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Incomplete delivery instructions

8. Delayed Delivery

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline:

  • We will coordinate with the courier and provide updates.

We cannot cancel orders solely due to courier delays.


9. International Shipping

Currently, NutriMingle ships only within India.


10. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos/videos of the package & product

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
