At NutriMingle, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We work hard to deliver fresh, premium-quality dry fruits, but if something doesn’t go right, we’re here to help.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Items Eligible for Return
Due to the perishable nature of dry fruits, we only accept returns if:
You receive the wrong product
The package arrives damaged
The product is spoiled or expired at the time of delivery
To be eligible, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Items NOT Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for the following:
Change of mind
Taste preference
Items opened or partially consumed
Incorrect address provided by the customer
Orders placed during special discounts/festive sales (non-returnable unless damaged)
3. Refund Process
If your refund claim is approved:
Refund will be issued to your original payment method
Processing time: 3–7 business days
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are provided as store credit or bank transfer
We may request photos/videos of the damaged or defective product for verification.
4. Replacement
If the product is damaged or incorrect, we may offer:
Replacement of the same product
OR
Store credit equal to the order value
Replacement depends on product availability.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the items have not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
6. Delivery Issues
If the package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
Inform us within 24 hours
We will investigate with the delivery partner
Resolution depends on delivery partner’s verification
