This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-volume seasons (festivals, sales, etc.), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
We ensure all products are packed safely and hygienically.
2. Shipping Timeline
Shipping times depend on your location:
Within West Bengal:
3–5 business days
Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune):
5–7 business days
Other Cities / Town Areas:
6–9 business days
Remote or Rural Areas:
7–12 business days
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods.
Otherwise, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight & location.
4. Tracking Information

It may take 12–24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
5. Delivery Attempts
The courier will make 2–3 attempts to deliver your order.
If the package is returned due to the customer being unavailable or providing incorrect address details, re-shipping charges may apply.

NutriMingle is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:

Incorrect phone number
Incomplete delivery instructions

Currently, NutriMingle ships only within India.
